All 14K Amina Sorel Fine Jewelry and Adriatic items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. Emily Kuvin items take up to 4-6 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
Availability for Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Black Rhodium items are subject to what is currently listed as “in stock” in the Amina Sorel online store. All Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Black Rhodium jewelry may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and custom details to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials, as well as ALL non- AS Fine Jewelry) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions--as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order.
